The Chief IP Counsel Summit 2011 is to be held on Friday, November 11, 2011. The focus for the Summit this year will be “Architecting the IP Marketplace”. We are fortunate enough to have industry leaders Chip Lutton and Marshall Phelps as our panelists this year.

The CIPC Summit has become the premier forum where Chief IP Counsel and General Counsel with responsibilities for managing their company’s intellectual property (IP) assets meet, build relationships with and learn from the one group who most appreciates the challenges they face: their peers. The CIPC Summit’s unique format consists of panel discussions and small group sessions led by fellow Chief IP Counsel discussing issues of common interest. Each attendee will have ample opportunity to contribute to the dialogue and to learn from the experiences of the other participants.

As with our previous CIPC Summits, this summit will be invitation only and without cost to you (other than travel). We are expecting approximately 65-70 attendees, including CIPC from the U.S., Europe and Asia. California MCLE credits will be provided for attendees.
